Hampton_beach_mapHampton Beach Properties (HBP)is the dream of David Wright and Laura Lee Howard. David’s paternal ancestors were the lighthouse keepers (Wright’s Range Light) in Victoria-By-The-Sea. His maternal ancestors owned the adjacent farm (Villett Point Road). Laura Lee was introduced to the area in 1973 when her uncle purchased the water view land from David’s grandmother. Both spent many summer days on the beach in Hampton. Their first date was sailing off this beach. Eventually marrying, Laura Lee and David decided to purchase this land with the dream of having a waterfront beach house and sharing this gorgeous place with others. Land for sale

Those who know the property (see testimonials) love it for its peace, safety, cleanliness, and pure beauty- both day and night. The 360 views allows all to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, and full big skies. Laura Lee and David are encouraging a natural environment that attracts local flora and fauna. Daily wildlife observing includes many migratory birds like the blue heron, bald eagles, red-tail hawks (year round HBP residents), and osprey, as well as a plethora of shore birds. To this end, the Hampton Beach Owner’s Association are members of the South Shore Watershed Association.

Centrally located, HBP is midway between the capital city (and Birthplace of Confederation), Charlottetown, and the second largest town on the Island, Summerside. It is 20 minutes from the Confederation Bridge, and only 30 minutes from the Charlottetown Airport! Whether you are looking for the perfect vacation spot, a get-away home for your growing family, or a retirement community, you’ll find it here in Hampton Beach. This is true!

Intentionally designed, All lots at Hampton Beach Properties have a water view!  AND the beach features a safe low-lying sand dune with marram grass that runs along the majority of the shoreline.
